Madison Spring has kept Wisconsin’s trucks moving since 1967. We’re a family-owned heavy-duty truck repair and parts business with shops in Madison and Lodi — and we’re built on the people who show up, do the work right, and take pride in keeping this region’s fleets on the road. If that sounds like you, take a look at what we’ve got open.

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant/ Service Advisor — Lodi

Full-time · Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM · In-office at our Lodi shop

Most of your day is administrative — phones, email, receiving parts, filing, and keeping the Lodi office running. In the afternoons, you’ll step into a service-advising role when customers call or stop in, mostly giving status updates on trucks in the shop. No mechanical background needed; our shop foreman provides a daily rundown on every vehicle, so you’ll always have the answers. Truck or parts knowledge is a plus, but we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll need: a clean driving record (preferred) and a negative pre-employment drug screen.
